The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires after 14 days from the date of purchase.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing at info @bythatsoft .com of your decision to withdraw from the contract with an explicit declaration (for example by email or via contact form).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation deadline has expired.
Effects of cancellation
In case of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you (there are no shipping costs to be refunded since the delivery is digital), without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision; you will not incur any costs as a result of this refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
You must return the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is considered respected if the goods are sent before the expiry of the 14 days. The customer is only liable for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a use other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for the forfeiture of the right of withdrawal
The right to a refund or replacement lapses if the product has been activated and is therefore no longer resalable and reusable.
Extreme caution is required before installing the purchased product and using the license to activate the software. Before proceeding, you should ensure that you have purchased the right product and carefully check its compatibility with your device.
