A product key can be returned to receive a refund in two cases:
Before the product code was sent.
If there's an issue with the product code itself (it is either invalid or previously used).
If you face an issue with your purchased key, contact our Customer Support Team.
I have already received the key, and I want to return it
In case you changed your mind only after received the key, and you want to return the product key to get a refund, then that is unfortunately not possible. We are a digital key marketplace, not a platform, and weare not a direct publisher of the key, thus, we do not have any technical means to revoke or deactivate a received and displayed key.
We offer the option to return or replace the product at any time if you have made a mistake in your purchase within 14 days. Our customer service will be happy to assist you with any requests, and our team of technicians will be readily available to help you resolve any issues.
